The Internet has opened up many possibilities for the ways in which we can date. With some social media wizardry, you can get to know someone new in a very limited amount of time. And of course, you can meet up with hundreds of people using online dating sites, but how can you know if it's the right person?

There are certainly worse ways to waste time and resources than dating, but the most desirable form of communication should ultimately be face-to-face. So, if you're lucky enough to have the courage, brush off that last bit of your hair, and walk over to your keyboard. You're ready to see if you can be a match for someone new.

1. Be Specific About Your Needs

Ask yourself what it is you really want out of a relationship, and then write a brief outline describing those things you'd like to see in a possible partner. Then look for those qualities in a potential suitor. For instance, if you're looking for a man with an entrepreneurial spirit, look for someone who is very well-read and has a talent for entrepreneurship.

2. Do a Google Search

Simply using search words like "dating in [your town]" and "dating in [the city you hope to meet in]" is an easy way to find your options. You'll be surprised by the amount of people searching for what you're searching for, so put yourself out there and get online.

3. Have a Back Up Plan

You don't want to be locked into a long-term relationship with the wrong person. But if you find a potential partner through the search engines, do yourself a favor and have a back up plan. Chances are good that you don't want to spend your time dating a first-timer. You may want to be a little more careful who you date. You can start on the search engines again to broaden your field of potential dates. It's also smart to have a few friends who you can check out. These people will be able to give you a sense of how someone you meet online is really shaping up.

4. Avoid Hook Up Sites

Many people use these sites to have random sex. If you meet someone through these, you'll find yourself in for a bad time. You want to find someone who wants to date you and see where it goes from there.

5. No Man Stands Alone

If you're looking to date men, you may want to start
Are you a woman who likes to be in charge? Want to meet new people? Want to have sex? Find it easy to meet guys, but not so easy to meet women who will be up for what you want? Did you know that there are lots of guys who want to date you, and lots of women who would want to have sex with you, but you don't know it yet? Here's how to kick things off:

How To Find People Who Want To Have Sex With You

My friend Roby Ray first taught me this. We'd been out for a few weeks, and he told me he was used to meeting girls who weren't ready to go out or even have a drink with him. He said he would say "hi" or "no thanks" and that it would be easy. He tried it with me and it was pretty easy. It didn't take much effort and I didn't have to think hard about it at all. It turned out my friend was right. I've found a lot of the guys I'm interested in are so used to not getting what they want that they don't think twice about what they want.

He told me I'd have to keep up the effort until I found a guy who wasn't looking to take advantage of me. That made me curious about the guys I'd been talking to. I started picking at random guys in bars and asked them what they wanted. I kept at it, and the more often I asked, the more the guys would start talking about what they wanted instead of shooting me down. Some even admitted they wanted to try things they'd never imagined doing. Now, I'm still cautious when meeting new people, but I've found it's easier than I thought.

If your guy friends aren't talking about their fantasy girls, ask them what they want. They probably aren't telling you because they don't know. I talk to them about it more than once a day at least. I tell them I want to hear what they're into, and about half of them listen to me. They actually want to hear what I have to say.

Not all guys care, though. Some of them treat me like a sex object when I ask them about their fantasies. I've asked a few guys right away and even a few who had just had sex with me. They had the same reaction. Some of them were grateful to know they weren't the only guys interested. Some of them were shocked and some
